Scrambled Eggs


Ingredients
  • Salt, as desired
  • Cooking oil (2 teaspoons)
  • 3 Eggs
  • Yields: 2 servings

Instructions:
  1. BEAT eggs, salt in medium bowl until blended.
  2. HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. 
  3. POUR IN egg mixture. 
  4. As eggs begin to set, GENTLY PULL the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curds.
  5. CONTINUE cooking – pulling, lifting and folding eggs – until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. Do not stir constantly. REMOVE from heat. SERVE immediately.
